Client Engagement Manager

As Client Engagement Manager at Coastal Advice Group, Heidi Limond brings over 16 years of experience in financial planning, client services, and marketing. Based in the Newcastle office, Heidi is passionate about fostering meaningful client relationships and ensuring that every interaction provides clarity, confidence, and support. 

Heidi’s career began in administration, where she quickly recognised the value of financial planning and its impact on people’s lives. Over the years, she has held roles in Client Services, Paraplanning, and Project Management, earning both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services along the way. 

In her current role within the Marketing Department, Heidi applies her financial expertise to client communications and engagement strategies, blending technical knowledge with creativity. This transition has allowed her to leverage her strengths in client service, organisation, and written communication, ensuring clients feel supported and informed. 

Helping clients navigate complex financial processes and seeing their confidence grow is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that my work contributes to their financial security and peace of mind is what drives me every day.

Heidi is known for her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Her warm and empathetic nature ensures that clients feel heard and valued, while her thorough and structured approach helps bring efficiencies to the business. 

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys dancing, yoga, Pilates, and spending quality time with family. She also spent 12 years running her own dance school, developing strong leadership and communication skills that continue to serve her well in her professional career.
