Jackie Munday is one of our dedicated Wealth Protection Specialists. With 15 years of experience in the industry, her broad range of knowledge, great people skills, and keenness to keep learning make her an expert in her field and an extremely valuable team member.
With a swag of industry accreditations and certificates, Jackie is well-equipped to provide our clients with guidance regarding their insurance, including premiums, policy structures, and claims; as well as liaising with insurance providers to get policies approved with beneficial terms.
“The thing I love most about my role is being able to help people. Whilst I never want anyone to need to claim on their insurance, I truly believe in its value and importance in protecting our clients and their families” says Jackie. “I am fortunate in my role that it is constantly rewarding. Whilst helping clients through claims can be difficult at times, there is nothing I love more than making that call to a client letting them know their claim has been accepted.”
In addition to her professional credentials, Jackie is a dedicated team player and leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is committed to delivering the highest level of service to her clients and colleagues and constantly seeks new opportunities to improve and grow.

Outside of work, Jackie is an active and passionate person. You’ll find her enjoying soccer, swimming at the beach, and spending time with her family and friends. She also volunteers at her children’s school in the canteen, reads at the school and helps out with various other events.
